Exchanges/ Returns

◾️Qualifications:

• Price tag must be attached to item.

• Item may not be worn, washed, or damaged. If an item arrives damaged, please notify chicnthreadsboutique@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item in order to be considered for return authorization.

• All sale items and deal of the day are final sale and are not exchangeable.

• Shipping, handling, and taxes are not eligible for exchange credit.

• Exchanges must be initiated within 5 days from the date your order was received/put out in the tote following the instructions below. After the 5th day, we can’t offer an exchange or return.

◾️Instructions:

Step 1: Email chicnthreadsboutique@gmail.com to initiate exchange.

• Subject: Exchange Authorization Request

• Body:

▪️Full name

▪️Original order #

▪️Item you would like to exchange

▪️Reason for exchange

Step 2: I will respond to your email within 3 business days acknowledging your exchange request. If you meet the exchange qualifications, you will be instructed to send your item back.

Step 3: Pack your item. Place the authorized return item (unworn, unwashed, undamaged) with tag still attached, in the mail. There will be a date given to you via email. Item must be dropped off or shipped out by that date. If date has passed- the request will not be processed. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Step 4: Once we receives your item, we will notify you and process your in store credit within 5 business days.
